Our group tries to investigate optical/electrical/electronic properties of carbon-based materials (i.e., graphene, organic semiconductor) for uses in electronic devices.
From syntheses of carbon-based materials to device applications, we study various scientific fields.
Especially, we focus on a variety of possible uses of graphene materials and organic semiconductors in fundamental and applied research fields such as thin-film transistors and sensors.
